Can I use Turnip for free?
Sure thing! Turnip is a free download from the App Store and you can always use a limited version of Turnip for free, forever. We also offer a 30-day free trial of our pro features.
Why do I need a subscription?
You need to purchase a paid subscription in order to use Turnip with an integration or to see more of your history. We’ve opted for a subscription model to support continued app development.
How do I purchase a Turnip subscription?
You can purchase a Turnip subscription directly in the app. Apple processes your payment via secure, in-app purchases on your Mac using the App Store.
How many computers can I use Turnip on?
As many as you have!
You can use Turnip on any computer connected to your Mac App Store account. Family Sharing is also available.
Can I get my money back?
We offer a 30-day free trial so you can check out Turnip with all of its pro features before you spend any money.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Turnip’s Subscriptions screen, from the Mac App Store, or from an iOS device.
If you cancel your subscription, you’ll maintain your current benefits until your subscription period ends, but we can’t offer a refund once you’ve used your free trial and paid for Turnip.
